this site is for my grandma who i still miss 25 years on. i lived with my grandma for a few
years.that night of dec 15th 2004 will stay in my mind forever she had asked me if i wanted to go to
the club with her where she went almost every night to play bingo i told her i would go up to her
after i had been to see my sister in law so after visiting me sister in law i decided to go up to my
grandma i called in the shop to get some cigarettes and i heard people talking about some one who
had been in an accident they said the person involved was in a bad way i had no idea that the person
was my grandma untill i got home and my sister told me i phoned my then boyfriend and we went to the
hospital we were told that we should go home and go back the next day which we did and although she
was still alive and concious she did not know us it was heartbreaking she survived through christmas
and new year but never reconised us. on the 3rd january we got a call from the hospital to tell us
that she was detiorating she died that day on her 91st birthday i miss her so much and often wished
that i had gone to the club with her and not gone to visit my sister in law .
